Free helper for Hily: Flirta
Hily sells Premium and Premium+ plus extras such as unblurs, and reviewers say the costs add up. Flirta is not a dating app and does not replace Hily: it drafts openers and replies for your Hily chats in a tone you choose. With the AppHunt promo code you get the full version of Flirta for free, for good.
Yes: Hily says the app costs nothing to install and use, and the free version lets you build a profile, browse, match and chat. Seeing who liked you, advanced filters, Major Crush notes sent before a match and Rollback belong to Hily Premium, and Hily sells extras such as boosts separately. The US App Store lists Hily Premium at $9.99 and $14.99, Premium+ at $24.99, free-trial plans of three and seven days at $14.99 and single unblurs at $4.99; these are US App Store prices on October 30, 2026, and they may change.
Is Hily free?
Hily says nobody has to pay to install or use the app: a free member can build a profile, scroll through Finder, apply basic filters, send likes, match and chat, and Hily's support page adds going live to the list. It also says that people whose subscription has ended can win premium perks in its Daily Roulette by logging in regularly. What is held back for Premium, according to Hily: advanced filters, Major Crush (a note sent before you match), Visible Likes and Rollback (taking back a skip). Reviewers in 2026 say that likes appear blurred and that unblurring them costs extra, even on Premium+, and Hily's terms say a subscription includes a set daily quota of premium perks that lapses when the day ends.
How much does Hily cost?
Hily Premium and Premium+ are subscriptions, and Hily's terms add consumable extras: Boosts, Major Crush, Rollbacks, chat requests, coins and gifts. Hily doesn't print subscription prices on its site and points to your App Store account. The US App Store lists Hily Premium at $9.99, a 1-week Hily Premium at $14.99 and a 1-week Premium+ at $24.99, plus plans called Hily Premium 7 days FREE and 3 days FREE at $14.99 and Hily Elixir 7 days FREE at $19.99 (the listing doesn't explain what Elixir includes). A Profile boost costs $5.99 or $9.99, and one unblur costs $4.99. Hily says its prices can change without notice and that all fees are non-refundable, though you can contact the App Store or Hily support about accidental purchases or technical problems. Reviewers in October 2026 mention weekly charges of about $24 to $25. The page shows ten purchases at a time, so treat the list as a sample. Flirta with Hily: what it adds
Flirta is not a dating app, so it doesn't replace Hily or find anyone for you to talk to; it helps with the wording of chats you already have there. Give it the text of the conversation or a screenshot, explain the point you want to make, choose a tone from subtle to bold, and it proposes an opener or a reply for you to edit and send yourself. It can also give several first lines at once, tighten a draft of your own and suggest date ideas. Hily already has icebreakers and a Date Advisor of its own, so Flirta adds less here than on an app with no writing help; it can still draft a reply or the note you send with a Major Crush. Flirta is free to download; its listing shows paid plans at $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year in the US App Store without saying what the free version includes, and AppHunt has a promo code that unlocks the full version. It can't unblur likes, unlock Premium features, tell whether a profile is genuine or send anything for you. It is also a small app: 51 ratings on the US App Store as of October 30, 2026, an English-only listing and its latest update on November 3, 2025.

Hily: questions and answers
Is Hily free?
Yes. Hily says the app is free to install and use: you can build a profile, browse, match and chat without paying. Premium adds advanced filters, Visible Likes, Major Crush and Rollback, and Hily sells boosts, coins and gifts on top. Reviewers say that even on Premium+ some likes stay blurred until you pay to unblur them.
How much does Hily cost?
The US App Store lists Hily Premium at $9.99, a 1-week Hily Premium at $14.99 and a 1-week Premium+ at $24.99, plus trial plans at $14.99 and $19.99, a Profile boost at $5.99 or $9.99 and one unblur at $4.99. Hily doesn't print subscription prices on its site and says they can change without notice. Reviewers in October 2026 mention weekly charges of about $24 to $25. US prices on October 30, 2026; they may change.
Is there a Hily promo code?
AppHunt has no promo code for Hily, and Hily's site publishes none. Hily does say it offers free trials from time to time, and that people whose subscription has ended can win premium perks in the Daily Roulette by logging in regularly. If you want help with wording rather than a cheaper plan, AppHunt has a promo code that unlocks the full version of Flirta, a writing helper (apphunt.app/app/flirta-ai-dating-assistant). It changes nothing in your Hily account.
Does Hily have a free trial?
Yes, from time to time. Hily's terms say it may offer a free trial with benefits like Premium's, and the US App Store lists plans called Hily Premium 7 days FREE and 3 days FREE at $14.99 and Hily Elixir 7 days FREE at $19.99. A trial can be used only once. If it renews on its own, Hily charges you at the end unless you cancel a day or more before, and Hily says unused trial time is lost if you cancel or buy a subscription early.
How do I cancel Hily Premium?
In the app, go to your profile, tap Settings, then FAQ, pick Hily Premium, find the Premium Billing section and open How to cancel my subscription. You can also cancel in your Apple account under Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or closing your account cancels nothing. A plan bought on Hily's website can only be cancelled by emailing support@hily.com. Hily says all fees are non-refundable, and several reviewers say they were charged after cancelling.
Does Flirta work with Hily?
Flirta is not connected to Hily, and it is not an alternative to it. It is a separate AI writing app and an AppHunt partner app. Copy a Hily message or paste a screenshot of the chat into Flirta, tell it what you want to say and pick a tone, and it suggests a reply or an opener. You paste it back into Hily, edit it and send it yourself. Flirta can't see your Hily account, unblur likes or unlock Premium, and its drafts are only a starting point. Its App Store privacy label lists photos or videos among the data it collects for app functionality, so leave out anything sensitive when you share a screenshot. AppHunt has a promo code that unlocks Flirta's full version.
What do reviews of the Hily app say?
Hily has 385,789 ratings averaging 4.4 in the US App Store. Among the 500 most recent written US reviews, from August 19 to October 28, 2026, 232 give one star and 193 give five. Fans describe meeting someone, and a few praise support. The complaints are the cost of unblurring likes, weekly prices, ads, fake or inactive profiles, and being charged after cancelling.
Is there a free Hily alternative?
Flirta is not one, because it doesn't match you with anyone. For a Hily alternative, meaning a different dating app, our top-ten list of free dating apps for iPhone compares Hinge, Bumble, Tinder, Plenty of Fish, BLK, Chispa, OkCupid and others; they are free to download and sell optional upgrades.
