About Handful: To-Do List & Planner
Handful is a to-do list and day planner built to stay calm: it helps you see whether today is realistic and carries unfinished tasks forward without red overdue badges.
You type a task the way you would say it — “call the dentist Friday 3pm ~15m #health” — and Handful picks out the date, the time, the repeat, the tag, the project and the time estimate as you write. Today totals the estimates and checks them against the hours left in your day, counting calendar meetings if you allow it. A two-minute plan in the morning and a wrap-up in the evening keep the list honest.
Underneath there is a full structure: an inbox, today's list with a separate evening section, upcoming dates, anytime and someday lists, and a logbook of finished work; projects broken into sections with due dates, and areas that group related projects; checklists, notes and reminders; tasks that repeat on a schedule or after you finish them. A focus timer counts down in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, and widgets let you tick tasks off from the Home Screen. Moving from another app is easy: Handful imports lists from TickTick, Todoist, Things 3 and Apple Reminders, or from plain text. It also runs on Mac and Apple Watch.
