70mm Privacy Policy

70mm is a video player. It has no account, no analytics and no advertising, and it does not collect personal data.

What stays on your device

Your videos, the list of network servers, playback progress, settings and translated subtitle files are stored on your device. Server passwords are kept in the device keychain.

Your network

70mm connects to servers you add and to devices you choose to play on. Wi-Fi Transfer runs a web page on your device only while that screen is open, reachable by other devices on the same network. Nothing is sent to us.

iCloud

With 70mm Pro you can turn on iCloud sync, which keeps your playback progress in your own iCloud account so your devices agree on where you stopped. It is stored in your private iCloud database, which we cannot read.

Purchases

70mm Pro is sold through Apple. Apple handles the payment and tells the app whether the purchase is active; we receive no payment details.

Children

70mm is rated 4+ and plays the files you give it. It does not provide content of its own.
