The green screen doesn't disappear completely

Open Cut-out › Green screen, tap Pick and tap the screen right next to your subject, then raise Strength a little. Wrinkles and shadows go away with Smooth; a green edge on hair goes away with Spill.

Parts of the subject became transparent

Lower Strength, or open Refine with brush › Restore and paint over them. Green clothes key out like the screen — use a blue screen or AI mode.

AI didn't find my subject

On photos AI finds people, pets and objects; on videos and in the live camera it finds people. For other subjects use a green screen or the Erase brush.

Restore a purchase

Settings (gear on the home screen) › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Chromo Pro.
