Walnut Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Walnut app for iPhone. By using Walnut you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Walnut Pro
- Walnut Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. We send a reminder two days before a trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Family Sharing is turned on for Walnut Pro where Apple supports it.
What stays free
The daily workout, the daily puzzle, your progress, your streak and Calm mode are free without a subscription.
Not medical advice
Walnut's games are designed for entertainment and practice. They are not a medical treatment, and Walnut makes no claim that they prevent, diagnose or treat any disease or improve performance outside the games. Talk to a healthcare professional about any health concern.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app. The games, artwork, the Walnut name and mascot are our property.
Liability
Walnut is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
