How do I restore Pasito Pro on a new iPhone?

Open Pasito › Profile › Settings › Restore, signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › Pasito. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

The AI partner is not available.

AI conversations use Apple Intelligence: an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with iOS 26 or later and Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. Unit conversations and all lessons work on any iPhone with iOS 17 or later.

Speaking exercises don't hear me.

Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for Pasito in Settings › Privacy & Security. You can also tap “Can't speak now” to skip speaking for 15 minutes.

Can I switch between Latin American and Spain Spanish, or US and UK English?

Yes — tap the course name at the top of any tab, or go to Settings.
