Nod Privacy Policy

Nod is a sleep sounds, breathing and meditation app for iPhone and iPad published by Glory Mae Dagapioso. This policy explains what happens to the information the app handles.

The short version

Nod has no account, no ads and no servers, and it collects no analytics. It doesn't use the microphone. Sounds are generated on your device. Your mixes, settings and practice history stay on your device. Apple handles purchases of Nod Premium.

What is stored on your device

Your saved mixes, the last mix you played, your timer, alarm and session settings, and a simple log of finished breathing, meditation and nap sessions (date and length) for your streak. This information never leaves your device and is deleted with the app.

Apple Health

If you turn on Save to Apple Health, Nod writes the time of each finished breathing exercise or meditation to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. Nod never reads Health data, never sends it anywhere and never uses it for advertising. You can turn this off in Nod's Settings or in the Health app.

Alarms and notifications

On iOS 26 and later the wake-up alarm is scheduled with iOS's alarm system; on earlier versions it is a local notification. Both are scheduled and delivered by iOS on your device; nothing is sent to us.

Purchases

Nod Premium subscriptions and the lifetime purchase go through Apple's App Store, and Apple processes them under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your name, email address or payment details. The app only asks Apple for prices and whether Nod Premium is active on your Apple Account.

Children

Nod isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

This website

apphunt.app uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records the usual web request information — pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device type — and does not identify you. The app does not use it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
