Backups und Umzug auf ein neues iPhone

• Dein iPhone-Backup enthält Rivula bereits. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Jederzeit eine zusätzliche Kopie: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Backup-Datei wiederherstellen: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Aus Apple Health: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula hat kein Konto und keine Cloud-Synchronisierung, daher können wir Daten nicht für dich wiederherstellen. Exportiere ein Backup, bevor du die App löschst oder dein iPhone zurücksetzt.

Apple Health

• Einschalten: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Deinen Verlauf übernehmen: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Nichts importiert? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Ausschalten: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula sendet Health-Daten nirgendwohin und nutzt sie nie für Werbung.

Wie genau sind die Vorhersagen?

• Rivula sagt deine nächste Periode anhand deiner eigenen Zyklen voraus — die jüngsten zählen am meisten — und zeigt einen Zeitraum, etwa „voraussichtlich 3.–5. Okt.“. Der Zeitraum wird enger, je mehr Zyklen du einträgst.
• The fertile window and ovulation are Schätzungen: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Auch regelmäßige Zyklen schwanken, und kalenderbasierte Schätzungen verfehlen den tatsächlichen Tag des Eisprungs oft um einige Tage. Die Zeiträume sind größer — und die Schätzungen weniger verlässlich — bei unregelmäßigen Zyklen, PCOS, nach dem Absetzen hormoneller Verhütung, nach einer Geburt, in der Stillzeit und in der Perimenopause. Solange du hormonell verhütest, blendet Rivula die Schätzungen der fruchtbaren Tage aus.
• Nutze Rivula niemals, um eine Schwangerschaft zu verhindern. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Rivula weist auf Zyklen hin, die du bei einem Arzt ansprechen solltest — zum Beispiel sehr kurze oder sehr lange Zyklen, lange Perioden, Blutungen zwischen den Perioden oder 90 Tage ohne Periode. Das ist ein Anstoß zum Nachfragen, keine Diagnose.
• Tipp: Markiere den ersten Tag jeder Periode (Heute › Periode heute gestartet oder Kalender › Periodentage bearbeiten). Darauf stützen sich die Vorhersagen am meisten.

Deine Daten löschen

• Alles in Rivula: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• App löschen also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple Health: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Backup-Dateien you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Ältere iPhone-Backups keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Auf unserer Seite there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: Abos, Wiederherstellen, Kündigen

• Kostenlos, ohne zeitliche Begrenzung: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro bringt your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Auf einem neuen iPhone wiederherstellen: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Kündigen: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Kostenlose Testphase: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Rückerstattungen are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Kauf wird nicht angezeigt? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Der private Assistent

• „Frag zu deinem Zyklus“ im Tab „Heute“ läuft auf deinem iPhone mit Apple Intelligence. Dafür brauchst du ein iPhone, das Apple Intelligence unterstützt (iPhone 15 Pro oder neuer), mit iOS 26 oder neuer und in den Einstellungen aktiviertem Apple Intelligence.
• Er antwortet in den Sprachen, die Apples Modell auf dem Gerät unterstützt, sonst auf Englisch. Drei Fragen sind kostenlos; mit Rivula Pro sind sie unbegrenzt.
• Alles andere in Rivula funktioniert auf jedem iPhone mit iOS 17 oder neuer.

Face-ID-Sperre und dezenter Modus

• Ich › Datenschutz › Mit Face ID oder Code sperren fragt nach Face ID oder deinem Code, wenn du Rivula öffnest oder dorthin zurückkehrst.
• Dezente Mitteilungen halten Wörter wie „Periode“ und „Eisprung“ aus Mitteilungen und Widgets heraus.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Datenschutzerklärung.
