Zálohy a přechod na nový iPhone

• Záloha tvého iPhonu už aplikaci Rivula obsahuje. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Kdykoli další kopie: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Obnovení souboru zálohy: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Z Apple Health: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula nemá účet ani synchronizaci přes cloud, takže data za tebe obnovit nemůžeme. Exportuj zálohu dřív, než aplikaci smažeš nebo iPhone resetuješ.

Apple Health

• Zapnutí: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Přenesení historie: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Nic se neimportovalo? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Vypnutí: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula nikam neposílá údaje ze Zdraví a nikdy je nepoužívá k reklamě.

Jak přesné jsou předpovědi?

• Rivula předpovídá tvou další menstruaci z tvých vlastních cyklů — nedávné se počítají nejvíc — a ukazuje rozmezí, například „pravděpodobně 3.–5. 10.“. S více zapsanými cykly se rozmezí zužuje.
• The fertile window and ovulation are odhady: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• I pravidelné cykly kolísají a odhady podle kalendáře často o několik dní minou skutečný den ovulace. Rozmezí jsou širší — a odhady méně spolehlivé — při nepravidelných cyklech, PCOS, po vysazení hormonální antikoncepce, po porodu, při kojení a v perimenopauze. Dokud používáš hormonální antikoncepci, Rivula odhady plodných dnů skrývá.
• Nikdy nepoužívej Rivula k předcházení početí. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Rivula upozorní na cykly, které stojí za zmínku u lékaře — například velmi krátké nebo velmi dlouhé cykly, dlouhou menstruaci, krvácení mezi menstruacemi nebo absenci menstruace po dobu 90 dnů. Je to podnět k dotazu, ne diagnóza.
• Tip: označ první den každé menstruace (Dnes › Menstruace začala dnes, nebo Kalendář › Upravit dny menstruace). Předpovědi se na to spoléhají nejvíc.

Mazání tvých dat

• Všechno v aplikaci Rivula: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Smazání aplikace also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple Health: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Soubory záloh you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Starší zálohy iPhonu keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Na naší straně there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: předplatné, obnovení, zrušení

• Zdarma, bez časového omezení: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro přidává your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Obnovení na novém iPhonu: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Zrušení: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Zkušební období zdarma: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Vrácení peněz are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Nákup se nezobrazuje? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Soukromý asistent

• Funkce „Zeptej se na svůj cyklus“ na záložce Dnes běží v tvém iPhonu s Apple Intelligence. Vyžaduje iPhone, který Apple Intelligence podporuje (iPhone 15 Pro nebo novější) s iOS 26 nebo novějším a zapnutou Apple Intelligence v Nastavení.
• Odpovídá v jazycích, které model Applu v zařízení podporuje, a jinak anglicky. Tři otázky jsou zdarma; s Rivula Pro jsou neomezené.
• Všechno ostatní v aplikaci Rivula funguje na jakémkoli iPhonu s iOS 17 nebo novějším.

Zámek přes Face ID a nenápadný režim

• Já › Soukromí › Zamknout přes Face ID nebo kód si vyžádá Face ID nebo tvůj kód při otevření aplikace Rivula nebo při návratu do ní.
• Nenápadná oznámení drží slova jako „menstruace“ a „ovulace“ mimo oznámení a widgety.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Zásady ochrany soukromí.
