Askaway Terms of Use
Updated September 30, 2026
These terms apply to the Askaway app for iPhone. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Askaway Pro
- Askaway Pro is offered as an auto-renewable yearly subscription, a one-time lifetime purchase, or a non-renewing 7-day Party Pass. The Party Pass expires seven days after purchase and does not renew automatically. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. You can cancel a trial or subscription any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Askaway reminds you one day before a free trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Playing responsibly
Askaway is for entertainment. Play kindly: everyone may pass on any card. Spicy cards are for consenting adults (18+) only. Dares must only be done if they are safe for everyone involved — skip any card that is not.
