备份与更换新 iPhone

• 你的 iPhone 备份已包含 Rivula。 When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• 随时额外备份一份： Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• 恢复备份文件： Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• 从 Apple 健康恢复： Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula 没有账号和云同步，因此我们无法为你恢复数据。请在删除应用或重置 iPhone 之前导出备份。

Apple 健康

• 开启方法： Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• 导入你的历史记录： Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• 没有导入任何内容？ iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• 关闭方法： switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula 绝不会把健康数据发送到任何地方，也绝不会将其用于广告。

预测有多准确？

• Rivula 根据你自己的周期预测下次经期——近期的周期权重最高——并显示区间，例如“可能在 10 月 3–5 日”。你记录的周期越多，区间越精准。
• The fertile window and ovulation are 估算: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• 即使是规律的周期也会有波动，基于日历的估算常常会与实际排卵日相差几天。周期不规律、多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）、停用激素类避孕药后、产后、哺乳期和围绝经期时，区间会更宽，估算也更不可靠。使用激素类避孕药期间，Rivula 会隐藏易孕日估算。
• 切勿使用 Rivula 来避孕。 It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.

删除你的数据

• Rivula 中的所有内容： Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• 删除应用 also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple 健康： what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• 备份文件 you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• 较早的 iPhone 备份 keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• 在我们这边 there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro：订阅、恢复、取消

• 免费，无时间限制： logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro 还提供 your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• 在新 iPhone 上恢复： Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• 取消： iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• 免费试用： cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• 退款 are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• 购买未显示？ Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

私密助手

• “今天”标签页上的“询问你的周期”在你的 iPhone 上通过 Apple 智能运行。它需要支持 Apple 智能的 iPhone（iPhone 15 Pro 或更新机型）、iOS 26 或更高版本，并在“设置”中开启 Apple 智能。
• 它会使用 Apple 设备端模型支持的语言回答，其他情况下使用英语。可免费提问三次；Rivula Pro 可让提问不限次数。
• Rivula 的其他所有功能在任何搭载 iOS 17 或更高版本的 iPhone 上都能使用。

Face ID 锁定与隐蔽模式

• “我”›“隐私”›“使用 Face ID 或密码锁定”会在你打开 Rivula 或返回 Rivula 时要求验证 Face ID 或密码。
• 隐蔽通知会让“经期”和“排卵”等字眼不出现在通知和小组件中。
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our 隐私政策.
