Резервні копії та перехід на новий iPhone

• Резервна копія твого iPhone уже містить Rivula. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Додаткова копія в будь-який час: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Відновити з файлу резервної копії: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• З Apple Health: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• В Rivula немає акаунта й хмарної синхронізації, тож ми не можемо відновити дані за тебе. Експортуй резервну копію, перш ніж видаляти застосунок або скидати iPhone.

Apple Health

• Як увімкнути: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Перенести свою історію: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Нічого не імпортувалося? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Як вимкнути: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula ніколи нікуди не надсилає дані з «Здоров’я» і ніколи не використовує їх для реклами.

Наскільки точні прогнози?

• Rivula передбачає твої наступні місячні на основі твоїх власних циклів — останні важать найбільше — і показує діапазон, наприклад «ймовірно 3–5 жовт.». Діапазон звужується, коли ти записуєш більше циклів.
• The fertile window and ovulation are оцінки: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Навіть регулярні цикли відрізняються, а оцінки за календарем часто промахуються з фактичним днем овуляції на кілька днів. Діапазони ширші, а оцінки менш надійні при нерегулярних циклах, СПКЯ, після припинення гормональної контрацепції, після пологів, під час грудного вигодовування та в перименопаузі. Поки ти користуєшся гормональною контрацепцією, Rivula приховує оцінки фертильних днів.
• Ніколи не використовуй Rivula, щоб запобігти вагітності. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Rivula вказує на цикли, про які варто сказати лікареві, — наприклад, дуже короткі чи дуже довгі цикли, тривалі місячні, кровотечі між місячними або відсутність місячних 90 днів. Це підказка, що варто запитати, а не діагноз.
• Порада: позначай перший день кожних місячних (Сьогодні › Місячні почалися сьогодні або Календар › Редагувати дні місячних). Прогнози найбільше спираються на це.

Видалення твоїх даних

• Усе в Rivula: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Видалення застосунку also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple Health: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Файли резервних копій you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Старіші резервні копії iPhone keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• З нашого боку there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: підписки, відновлення, скасування

• Безкоштовно, без обмеження в часі: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro додає your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Відновлення на новому iPhone: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Скасувати: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Безкоштовний пробний період: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Повернення коштів are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Покупка не відображається? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Приватний асистент

• «Запитай про свій цикл» на вкладці «Сьогодні» працює на твоєму iPhone з Apple Intelligence. Потрібен iPhone, що підтримує Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro або новіший), з iOS 26 або новішою та ввімкнений Apple Intelligence у Налаштуваннях.
• Він відповідає мовами, які підтримує модель Apple на пристрої, а в інших випадках — англійською. Три запитання безкоштовні; Rivula Pro робить їх необмеженими.
• Усе інше в Rivula працює на будь-якому iPhone з iOS 17 або новішою.

Блокування через Face ID і непомітний режим

• Я › Конфіденційність › Блокування через Face ID або код-пароль запитує Face ID або твій код-пароль, коли ти відкриваєш Rivula або повертаєшся до неї.
• Непомітні сповіщення прибирають слова на кшталт «місячні» й «овуляція» зі сповіщень і віджетів.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Політика конфіденційності.
