Zálohy a prechod na nový iPhone

• Záloha vášho iPhonu už Rivula obsahuje. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Ďalšia kópia kedykoľvek: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Obnovenie zo záložného súboru: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Zo Zdravia od Apple: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula nemá účet ani synchronizáciu cez cloud, takže údaje za vás obnoviť nevieme. Pred odstránením aplikácie alebo resetovaním iPhonu exportujte zálohu.

Zdravie od Apple

• Zapnutie: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Prenesenie histórie: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Nič sa neimportovalo? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Vypnutie: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula nikdy nikam neposiela údaje zo Zdravia a nikdy ich nepoužíva na reklamu.

Aké presné sú predpovede?

• Rivula predpovedá vašu ďalšiu menštruáciu z vašich vlastných cyklov — posledné sa počítajú najviac — a ukazuje rozpätie, napríklad „pravdepodobne 3.–5. okt.“. Rozpätie sa zužuje, čím viac cyklov zaznamenáte.
• The fertile window and ovulation are odhady: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Aj pravidelné cykly kolíšu a odhady podľa kalendára často netrafia skutočný deň ovulácie o niekoľko dní. Rozpätia sú širšie — a odhady menej spoľahlivé — pri nepravidelných cykloch, PCOS, po vysadení hormonálnej antikoncepcie, po pôrode, počas dojčenia a v perimenopauze. Kým používate hormonálnu antikoncepciu, Rivula skrýva odhady plodných dní.
• Nikdy nepoužívajte Rivula na zabránenie tehotenstvu. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Rivula upozorní na cykly, o ktorých stojí za to hovoriť s lekárom — napríklad veľmi krátke alebo veľmi dlhé cykly, dlhé menštruácie, krvácanie medzi menštruáciami alebo absenciu menštruácie 90 dní. Je to podnet opýtať sa, nie diagnóza.
• Tip: označte prvý deň každej menštruácie (Dnes › Menštruácia sa začala dnes, alebo Kalendár › Upraviť dni menštruácie). Predpovede sa na to spoliehajú najviac.

Mazanie údajov

• Všetko v aplikácii Rivula: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Odstránenie aplikácie also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Zdravie od Apple: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Záložné súbory you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Staršie zálohy iPhonu keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Na našej strane there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: predplatné, obnovenie, zrušenie

• Zadarmo, bez časového obmedzenia: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro pridáva your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Obnovenie na novom iPhone: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Zrušenie: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Bezplatná skúšobná verzia: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Vrátenie platby are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Nákup sa nezobrazuje? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Súkromný asistent

• „Opýtajte sa na svoj cyklus“ na karte Dnes beží vo vašom iPhone s Apple Intelligence. Vyžaduje iPhone podporujúci Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro alebo novší) s iOS 26 alebo novším a zapnutú funkciu Apple Intelligence v Nastaveniach.
• Odpovedá v jazykoch, ktoré model Apple v zariadení podporuje, inak po anglicky. Tri otázky sú zadarmo; Rivula Pro ich robí neobmedzenými.
• Všetko ostatné v aplikácii Rivula funguje na každom iPhone s iOS 17 alebo novším.

Zámok Face ID a nenápadný režim

• Ja › Súkromie › Zamknúť pomocou Face ID alebo kódu si vyžiada Face ID alebo váš kód pri otvorení aplikácie Rivula alebo pri návrate do nej.
• Nenápadné upozornenia nechávajú slová ako „menštruácia“ a „ovulácia“ mimo upozornení a widgetov.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Zásady ochrany osobných údajov.
