Резервные копии и переход на новый iPhone

• Резервная копия вашего iPhone уже включает Onda. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Дополнительная копия в любой момент: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Восстановить файл резервной копии: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Onda with the backup.
• Из Apple Health: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• У Onda нет аккаунта и облачной синхронизации, поэтому мы не можем восстановить данные за вас. Экспортируйте резервную копию, прежде чем удалять приложение или стирать iPhone.

Apple Health

• Включить: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Onda is also written to Health.
• Перенести историю: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Onda stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Ничего не импортировалось? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Onda, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Onda can’t show it.
• Выключить: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Onda › Delete All Data from “Onda”).
• Onda никогда никуда не отправляет данные «Здоровья» и никогда не использует их для рекламы.

Насколько точны прогнозы?

• Onda предсказывает ваши следующие месячные по вашим собственным циклам — недавние учитываются сильнее всего — и показывает диапазон, например «вероятно, 3–5 окт.». Диапазон сужается по мере того, как вы записываете больше циклов.
• The fertile window and ovulation are оценки: Onda counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Даже регулярные циклы меняются, а оценки по календарю часто на несколько дней расходятся с фактическим днём овуляции. Диапазоны шире, а оценки менее надёжны при нерегулярных циклах, СПКЯ, после отмены гормональной контрацепции, после родов, при грудном вскармливании и в перименопаузе. Пока вы используете гормональную контрацепцию, Onda скрывает оценки фертильных дней.
• Никогда не используйте Onda для предотвращения беременности. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Onda указывает на циклы, о которых стоит рассказать врачу, — например, очень короткие или очень длинные циклы, длительные месячные, кровотечения между месячными или отсутствие месячных в течение 90 дней. Это повод спросить, а не диагноз.
• Совет: отмечайте первый день каждых месячных (Сегодня › Месячные начались сегодня или Календарь › Изменить дни месячных). Прогнозы больше всего опираются на это.

Удаление ваших данных

• Всё в Onda: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Удаление приложения also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple Health: what Onda wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Onda › Delete All Data from “Onda”.
• Файлы резервных копий you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Более старые резервные копии iPhone keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• С нашей стороны there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Onda Pro: подписки, восстановление, отмена

• Бесплатно, без ограничения по времени: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Onda Pro добавляет your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Восстановить на новом iPhone: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Отменить: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Onda › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Бесплатный пробный период: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Onda reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Возвраты are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Покупка не отображается? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Приватный ассистент

• «Спросите о своём цикле» на вкладке «Сегодня» работает на вашем iPhone с Apple Intelligence. Для этого нужен iPhone, поддерживающий Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro или новее), с iOS 26 или новее и включённый в Настройках Apple Intelligence.
• Он отвечает на языках, которые поддерживает модель Apple на устройстве, а на остальных — по-английски. Три вопроса бесплатны; Onda Pro делает их неограниченными.
• Всё остальное в Onda работает на любом iPhone с iOS 17 или новее.

Блокировка по Face ID и скрытый режим

• Я › Конфиденциальность › Блокировка Face ID или кодом-паролем запрашивает Face ID или ваш код-пароль, когда вы открываете Onda или возвращаетесь в него.
• Скрытые уведомления не показывают в уведомлениях и виджетах такие слова, как «месячные» и «овуляция».
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Onda’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Политика конфиденциальности.
