Backups e mudança para um novo iPhone

• O backup do seu iPhone já inclui o Rivula. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Uma cópia extra, quando quiser: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Restaurar um arquivo de backup: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Do app Saúde da Apple: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• O Rivula não tem conta nem sincronização na nuvem, então não conseguimos restaurar dados para você. Exporte um backup antes de excluir o app ou de redefinir o iPhone.

Saúde da Apple

• Ative: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Traga seu histórico: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Nada foi importado? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Desative: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• O Rivula nunca envia dados do Saúde para lugar nenhum e nunca os usa para publicidade.

Qual a precisão das previsões?

• O Rivula prevê sua próxima menstruação a partir dos seus próprios ciclos — os mais recentes pesam mais — e mostra uma margem, como “provável 3–5 de out.”. A margem se estreita conforme você registra mais ciclos.
• The fertile window and ovulation are estimativas: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Mesmo ciclos regulares variam, e estimativas baseadas em calendário muitas vezes erram o dia real da ovulação por alguns dias. As margens são maiores — e as estimativas menos confiáveis — com ciclos irregulares, SOP, após parar a contracepção hormonal, após o parto, durante a amamentação e na perimenopausa. Enquanto você usa contracepção hormonal, o Rivula oculta as estimativas de dias férteis.
• Nunca use o Rivula para evitar a gravidez. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• O Rivula aponta ciclos que vale a pena mencionar a um médico — por exemplo, ciclos muito curtos ou muito longos, menstruações longas, sangramento entre as menstruações ou ausência de menstruação por 90 dias. Isso é um incentivo para perguntar, não um diagnóstico.
• Dica: marque o primeiro dia de cada menstruação (Hoje › Menstruação começou hoje, ou Calendário › Editar dias de menstruação). As previsões dependem muito disso.

Excluir seus dados

• Tudo no Rivula: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Excluir o app also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Saúde da Apple: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Arquivos de backup you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Backups antigos do iPhone keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Do nosso lado there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: assinaturas, restauração, cancelamento

• Grátis, sem limite de tempo: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• O Rivula Pro acrescenta your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Restaurar em um novo iPhone: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Cancelar: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Teste grátis: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Reembolsos are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• A compra não aparece? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

O assistente privado

• “Pergunte sobre seu ciclo”, na aba Hoje, roda no seu iPhone com a Apple Intelligence. Ele exige um iPhone compatível com a Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro ou mais recente) com iOS 26 ou posterior e a Apple Intelligence ativada em Ajustes.
• Ele responde nos idiomas compatíveis com o modelo da Apple no aparelho e, nos demais casos, em inglês. Três perguntas são grátis; o Rivula Pro as torna ilimitadas.
• Todo o resto do Rivula funciona em qualquer iPhone com iOS 17 ou posterior.

Bloqueio com Face ID e modo discreto

• Eu › Privacidade › Bloquear com Face ID ou código pede o Face ID ou seu código quando você abre o Rivula ou volta a ele.
• As notificações discretas mantêm palavras como “menstruação” e “ovulação” fora das notificações e dos widgets.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Política de Privacidade.
