Kopie zapasowe i przenoszenie na nowy iPhone

• Kopia zapasowa Twojego iPhone’a już zawiera Rivula. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Dodatkowa kopia, kiedy chcesz: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Przywróć plik kopii zapasowej: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Z Apple Health: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula nie ma konta ani synchronizacji z chmurą, więc nie możemy przywrócić danych za Ciebie. Wyeksportuj kopię zapasową, zanim usuniesz aplikację lub zresetujesz iPhone’a.

Apple Health

• Włącz: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Zaimportuj historię: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Nic nie zaimportowano? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Wyłącz: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula nigdy nie wysyła danych Zdrowia nigdzie i nigdy nie używa ich do reklam.

Jak dokładne są prognozy?

• The fertile window and ovulation are szacunki: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Nawet regularne cykle się zmieniają, a szacunki oparte na kalendarzu często mijają się z faktycznym dniem owulacji o kilka dni. Usuwanie danych

• Apple Health: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Pliki kopii zapasowych you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Starsze kopie zapasowe iPhone’a keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Po naszej stronie there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: subskrypcje, przywracanie, anulowanie

• Bezpłatnie, bez limitu czasu: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro dodaje your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Przywróć na nowym iPhonie: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Anuluj: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Bezpłatny okres próbny: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Zwroty are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Zakup się nie wyświetla? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Prywatny asystent

• „Zapytaj o swój cykl” na karcie Dziś działa na Twoim iPhonie z Apple Intelligence. Wymaga iPhone’a obsługującego Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro lub nowszy) z iOS 26 lub nowszym oraz włączonego Apple Intelligence w Ustawieniach.

Blokada Face ID i tryb dyskretny

• Ja › Prywatność › Blokada za pomocą Face ID lub kodu prosi o Face ID lub kod, gdy otwierasz Rivula lub do niej wracasz.
• Dyskretne powiadomienia ukrywają słowa takie jak „miesiączka” i „owulacja” w powiadomieniach i widżetach.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Polityka prywatności.
