백업과 새 iPhone으로 옮기기

• iPhone 백업에는 이미 Rivula가 포함돼 있어요. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• 언제든 추가 사본 만들기: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• 백업 파일 복원하기: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• 건강 앱에서: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula에는 계정도 클라우드 동기화도 없어서 저희가 데이터를 대신 복원해 드릴 수 없어요. 앱을 삭제하거나 iPhone을 초기화하기 전에 백업을 내보내 두세요.

건강 앱

• 켜기: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• 기록 가져오기: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• 가져온 게 없나요? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• 끄기: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula는 건강 데이터를 어디에도 보내지 않으며 광고에도 쓰지 않아요.

예측은 얼마나 정확한가요?

• Rivula는 내 주기를 바탕으로 — 최근 주기에 더 비중을 두고 — 다음 생리를 예측해서 “10월 3~5일 가능성 높음”처럼 범위로 보여 줘요. 주기를 더 많이 기록할수록 범위가 좁아져요.
• The fertile window and ovulation are 추정치: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• 규칙적인 주기도 달라질 수 있고, 달력 기반 추정은 실제 배란일을 며칠 빗나가는 경우가 많아요. 불규칙한 주기, 다낭성 난소 증후군(PCOS), 호르몬 피임 중단 후, 출산 후, 수유 중, 갱년기 전환기에는 범위가 더 넓어지고 추정도 덜 정확해져요. 호르몬 피임을 사용하는 동안에는 Rivula가 가임일 추정을 숨겨요.
• Rivula를 피임 목적으로 사용하지 마세요. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Rivula는 의사와 상담해 볼 만한 주기를 알려 줘요. 예를 들면 매우 짧거나 매우 긴 주기, 긴 생리, 생리 사이 출혈, 90일 동안 생리가 없는 경우예요. 이는 진단이 아니라 물어보라는 안내예요.

데이터 삭제

• Rivula의 모든 데이터: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• 앱 삭제 also removes its data from this iPhone.
• 건강 앱: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• 백업 파일 you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• 이전 iPhone 백업 keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• 저희 쪽에서는 there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: 구독, 복원, 해지

• 기간 제한 없이 무료: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro에서 추가되는 기능 your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• 새 iPhone에서 복원하기: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• 해지: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• 무료 체험: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• 환불 are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• 구매가 보이지 않나요? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

비공개 어시스턴트

• 오늘 탭의 “주기에 대해 물어보기”는 Apple Intelligence로 iPhone에서 실행돼요. Apple Intelligence를 지원하는 iPhone(iPhone 15 Pro 이상)과 iOS 26 이상이 필요하고, 설정에서 Apple Intelligence를 켜야 해요.
• Apple의 기기 내 모델이 지원하는 언어로 답하고, 그 밖의 경우에는 영어로 답해요. 질문 세 번은 무료이고, Rivula Pro에서는 무제한이에요.
• 그 밖의 Rivula 기능은 iOS 17 이상이 설치된 모든 iPhone에서 작동해요.

Face ID 잠금과 은밀 모드

• 나 › 개인정보 › Face ID 또는 암호로 잠금을 켜면 Rivula를 열거나 다시 돌아올 때 Face ID 또는 암호를 요청해요.
• 은밀한 알림은 “생리”, “배란” 같은 단어가 알림과 위젯에 나타나지 않게 해 줘요.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our 개인정보 처리방침.
