Rivula is a period and cycle tracker for iPhone. It is built so that what you log stays on your iPhone. This page explains exactly what that means, and it includes our 소비자 건강 데이터 개인정보 처리방침.

한눈에 보기

저희는 아무것도 수집하지 않아요. No account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs. Rivula’s App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”.
기록은 iPhone에 저장돼요. We can’t see it, so we can’t sell it, share it or hand it over.
내가 직접 보낼 때만 iPhone을 벗어나요 — through Apple Health sync you turn on, a backup file, a doctor report or a message to a partner.

수집하는 정보: 없음

Rivula는 내가 기록한 내용을 저희나 다른 누구에게도 보내지 않아요. 저희는 건강 또는 주기 데이터, 이름, 이메일 주소, 계정, 연락처, 위치, 기기 또는 광고 식별자, 사용 통계, 앱의 비정상 종료 보고서를 전혀 받지 않아요.
앱은 자체적으로 네트워크에 연결하지 않아요. 앱이 사용하는 유일한 온라인 서비스는 Apple의 App Store(StoreKit)이며, 가격 표시, 구매 처리, Rivula Pro 보유 여부 확인에 쓰여요. 결제는 Apple이 처리하며, 저희는 결제 정보나 Apple Account를 볼 수 없어요.
Apple은 개발자에게 다운로드 수나 판매량 같은 집계된 App Store 통계를 제공하고, iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 분석 및 개선에서 앱 개발자와의 공유를 허용한 경우에만 비정상 종료 보고서도 제공해요. 이 정보는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 Apple에서 오는 것이며 Rivula에 기록한 내용은 전혀 들어 있지 않아요.

iPhone에 남는 것

Rivula는 다음 정보를 앱의 비공개 저장 공간에서 iPhone에만 보관해요.

내 기록 — everything you log: period days and flow, spotting, symptoms, moods, discharge, sexual activity and sex drive, ovulation and pregnancy tests, basal body temperature, weight, pills, Apple Watch wrist temperature (if you sync with Health), your own tags and notes.
내 주기 설정 — your goal (tracking, trying to conceive, pregnancy or perimenopause), usual cycle and period length, contraception, luteal phase, pregnancy dates, and your year of birth if you enter it (it adjusts normal ranges for teens and after 40).
이를 바탕으로 Rivula가 계산한 내용 — predicted periods, fertile-window and ovulation estimates, patterns, cycle-regularity checks and “worth discussing with a doctor” notes. They are calculated on your iPhone and never sent anywhere.
앱 설정 — reminders, units, privacy options and how many free assistant questions you have used.

보호. The journal is one file, plus a copy of its previous version in case the file is ever damaged, encrypted by iOS Data Protection. You can add a Face ID or passcode lock (Me › Privacy), and Rivula covers its screen in the app switcher.

위젯에는 날짜만 전달돼요. The app writes the few dates its widgets show (cycle start, next period, estimated fertile window and ovulation, pregnancy dates) to a container shared with the Rivula widget on the same iPhone. The widget never sees your logs or notes. With discreet mode on, widgets and notifications leave out words like “period” and “ovulation”.

알림 are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. Depending on your iOS notification settings they can appear on the Lock Screen.

iPhone 백업. Like other app data, Rivula’s journal is part of your iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer) — that is how it moves to a new iPhone. iOS makes these backups under your Apple Account; Rivula uploads nothing. iCloud Backup is end-to-end encrypted if you turn on Advanced Data Protection.

삭제. Me › Your data › Delete all data erases the journal, settings and predictions on your iPhone; deleting the app does the same. Copies you made yourself — backup files, older iPhone backups and data synced to Apple Health — stay until you delete them (방법).

건강 앱(선택 사항)

직접 켜기 전에는 꺼져 있어요(나 › 건강 앱, 또는 설정 중에). iOS가 데이터 종류마다 권한을 물어보며, 건강 앱(프로필 사진 › 앱 › Rivula)에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있어요.
기록 가져오기 reads up to three years of periods, spotting, ovulation tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity, pregnancy tests and basal body temperature from Health into your journal on your iPhone.
Apple Watch 체온: while sync is on, Rivula reads the nightly sleeping wrist temperature your Apple Watch saved in Health, each time you open the app, to recognise the temperature rise after ovulation. It only reads it and never writes it.
동기화 writes what you log in Rivula to Health: periods, spotting, cycle symptoms, cervical mucus, sexual activity, ovulation and pregnancy tests, basal body temperature and weight. When you turn it on, Rivula also copies your earlier history, except days Health already has from another app, so nothing is doubled.
권한 화면에는 Rivula가 읽거나 쓸 수 있는 모든 종류가 표시돼요. 월경량, 점 출혈(월경 사이 출혈), 자궁 경부 점액 상태, 배란 테스트 결과, 임신 테스트 결과, 성 활동, 기초 체온, 체중, 수면 중 손목 온도, 그리고 다음 증상이에요 — 복부 경련, 여드름, 식욕 변화, 복부 팽만, 유방 통증, 변비, 설사, 어지럼증, 피로, 전신 통증, 탈모, 두통, 안면 홍조, 허리 통증, 기억력 저하, 메스꺼움, 야간 발한, 골반 통증, 수면 변화, 질 건조.
건강 데이터는 Rivula에서 내 주기를 보여 주는 데에만 쓰여요. 광고, 마케팅, 데이터 마이닝에는 절대 쓰이지 않고, 저희에게 전송되지 않으며, 공유되지 않아요.
건강 앱은 이 데이터를 내 기기에 보관하고, iPhone이 잠겨 있는 동안 암호화해요. 건강 데이터를 iCloud와 동기화하면 Apple이 종단 간 암호화를 적용해요. Rivula에는 자체 iCloud 동기화가 없어요.
동기화를 끄면 새로 쓰는 것이 중단돼요. 이미 건강 앱에 있는 데이터는 건강 앱(프로필 사진 › 앱 › Rivula › “Rivula”의 모든 데이터 삭제)에서 삭제하기 전까지 그대로 남아요.

기기 내 어시스턴트

“주기에 대해 물어보기”는 Apple의 기기 내 언어 모델(Apple Intelligence, iOS 26 이상이 설치된 지원 iPhone)로 전부 iPhone에서 실행돼요.
어시스턴트는 내 질문과, Rivula가 내 기록에서 만든 짧은 요약을 받아요. 예를 들면 평균 주기 길이, 마지막 생리, 주기 일차, 예상 가임기, 가장 많이 기록한 증상과 기분, 패턴이에요. 메모나 태그는 절대 받지 않아요.
저희에게도, Apple에도, 다른 AI 제공업체에도 아무것도 전송되지 않으며, Rivula는 대화를 저장하지 않아요.
답변은 자동으로 생성되며 틀릴 수 있어요. 의학적 조언이 아니에요.

직접 선택해 공유하는 것

Rivula는 스스로 아무것도 공유하지 않아요. 이 기능들은 iPhone에서 무언가를 만들어 iOS 공유 시트로 넘기며, 어디로 보낼지는 내가 선택하고 그 이후에는 내가 선택한 앱이나 사람이 관리해요.

백업 파일 (Me › Your data › Export backup): your whole journal as a file. It is not password-protected — anyone who has the file can read it, so keep it somewhere private.
의사용 리포트 (Rivula Pro): a PDF summary of your cycles.
파트너와 공유: a message or a calendar file with your predicted period dates, plus the estimated fertile window only if you include it. Nothing updates automatically and nothing else is shared.
Siri 및 단축어: Siri handles your voice request under Apple’s privacy terms; Rivula’s part runs on your iPhone.

소비자 건강 데이터 개인정보 처리방침

이 부분은 워싱턴주 My Health My Data Act, 네바다주 소비자 건강 데이터 법(SB 370), 코네티컷주 소비자 건강 데이터 규정 및 유사한 법에 따른 저희의 소비자 건강 데이터 개인정보 처리방침이에요. 이 법들은 추론하거나 도출하는 것을 포함한 처리를 “수집”으로 보기 때문에, Rivula의 소프트웨어가 iPhone에서 하는 일도 함께 설명해요.

저희가 수집하는 소비자 건강 데이터

없음. We do not receive, keep, buy, access or otherwise obtain consumer health data about you. The only exception is anything you choose to write in an e-mail to us (see “E-mails to us” below).

Rivula가 iPhone에서 처리하는 정보와 그 이유

앱은 내가 입력하거나 가져온 건강 데이터를 처리해요. 월경 및 주기 데이터, 증상과 기분, 성 건강 및 생식 건강 데이터(성 활동, 피임, 배란 및 임신 테스트, 자궁 경부 점액, 임신 날짜), 신체 측정값(기초 체온, Apple Watch 손목 온도, 체중), 메모와 태그, 출생 연도, 그리고 이를 바탕으로 도출한 추정치(예상 생리, 가임기, 배란, 패턴, 주기 메모, 임신 주차)예요. 이 처리는 iPhone에서만, 내가 쓰는 기능(예측, 캘린더, 인사이트, 알림, 위젯, 의사용 리포트, 어시스턴트)을 제공하기 위해서만 이루어져요. 이 데이터는 저희에게 전달되지 않아요.

저희가 공유하거나 판매하는 소비자 건강 데이터

없음. We do not share or sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for advertising.

저희가 공유하는 제3자 및 계열사

없음. Rivula contains no analytics, advertising, attribution or data-broker code, and no affiliate receives data. Apple provides the system features you choose to use — Apple Health, Apple Intelligence on the device, iCloud Backup and the App Store — under your own agreement with Apple.

위치

Rivula는 위치를 사용하지 않으며 지오펜싱도 사용하지 않아요.

저희에게 보내는 이메일

support@apphunt.app으로 메일을 보내면서 건강에 대해 언급하면, 그 메시지가 저희가 보유하는 유일한 소비자 건강 데이터예요. 저희는 답변하는 데에만 사용하고, 저희 이메일 제공업체가 저희를 대신해 보관하며, 도움을 드리는 데 더 이상 필요하지 않게 되면 삭제하고, 요청하시면 더 일찍 삭제해요.

내 권리와 행사 방법

저희가 소비자 건강 데이터를 수집, 공유 또는 판매하는지 확인해 달라고, 사본과 저희가 공유하는 제3자 및 계열사 목록을 제공해 달라고, 삭제해 달라고, 또는 동의를 철회하겠다고 요청할 수 있어요. 저희는 보내 주신 이메일을 제외하고는 아무것도 보유하지 않으므로 그렇게 답변드릴 것이며, 요청하시면 그런 이메일을 삭제해 드려요. 앱 안의 모든 것은 직접 관리할 수 있어요.

보거나 복사하기: it is all in the app; Me › Your data › Export backup gives you a complete copy.
수정하기: edit any day in the Calendar or the daily log.
삭제하기: Me › Your data › Delete all data; for Apple Health and backup copies see 지원.
동의 철회하기: turn off Rivula’s access in the Health app, switch off sync in Rivula, or stop using the feature.

요청: e-mail support@apphunt.app. We answer within 45 days, free of charge, and we never treat you differently for asking. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying with the word “Appeal”; we answer appeals within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general — in Washington at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

변경 사항

앱에서 먼저 동의를 요청하지 않고는 소비자 건강 데이터를 수집하거나 공유하기 시작하지 않아요. 중요한 변경은 이 페이지와 앱의 릴리스 노트로 알려 드려요.

어린이와 청소년

Rivula는 App Store에서 13세 이상 등급이며 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않아요. 어린이와 청소년을 포함해 누구로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않아요.
설정 중에 16세 미만의 출생 연도를 입력하면 성 활동 기록이 꺼진 상태로 시작되며, 나 › 기록 › 기록 항목에서 켤 수 있어요.
부모님은 Apple의 가족 공유, 스크린 타임, 구입 요청으로 다운로드와 구매를 관리할 수 있어요.

법적 요청

저희에게 없는 것은 넘겨드릴 수 없어요. 사용자의 데이터를 요구받더라도 저희 쪽에는 제출할 기록, 계정, 건강 데이터가 없고, 있어 봐야 누군가 저희에게 보낸 이메일뿐이에요. iPhone, 백업, 건강 앱은 계속 내 관리 아래에 있어요.

EU, 영국 또는 스위스에 계신 경우

건강과 성생활에 관한 데이터는 GDPR과 영국 GDPR에 따른 특수 범주의 개인정보예요. Rivula는 이를 iPhone에서만, 내 관리 아래에서 처리해요. 저희는 이 데이터를 받지 않으므로 내 기록의 컨트롤러가 아니에요.
저희에게 보내는 이메일에 대해서는 apphunt가 컨트롤러예요. 저희는 답변하기 위해(저희의 정당한 이익, 구매에 관한 내용이면 사용자와의 계약) 이메일을 사용하고, 직접 포함한 건강 관련 내용은 명시적 동의에 따라 처리하며, 삭제를 요청하여 동의를 철회할 수 있어요. 저희 이메일 제공업체가 사용자의 국가 밖에서 메시지를 처리하는 경우, 표준 계약 조항 등 법이 요구하는 보호 장치에 따라요.
열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 또는 이동을 요청하고, 처리에 반대하고, 데이터 보호 당국에 불만을 제기할 수 있어요.

그 밖의 미국 주 법률

저희는 개인정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않고, 타겟 광고나 프로파일링에 사용하지 않으며, 앱과 웹사이트 전반에서 사용자를 추적하지 않아요. 따라서 추적 방지 요청(Do Not Track)이나 Global Privacy Control 신호로 끌 것이 없어요.

이 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 맨 위의 날짜를 업데이트해요. 데이터를 iPhone 밖으로 보내게 되는 변경이 있기 전에는 앱에서 먼저 동의를 요청해요.
