Biztonsági mentés és átköltözés új iPhone-ra

• Az iPhone-od biztonsági mentése már tartalmazza a Rivulát. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Extra másolat, bármikor: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Mentésfájl visszaállítása: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Az Apple Healthből: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• A Rivulának nincs fiókja és felhőszinkronja, ezért nem tudjuk helyetted visszaállítani az adataidat. Exportálj mentést, mielőtt törlöd az appot vagy visszaállítod az iPhone-odat.

Apple Health

• Bekapcsolás: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Előzmények behozatala: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Nem importálódott semmi? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Kikapcsolás: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).

Mennyire pontosak az előrejelzések?

• A Rivula a saját ciklusaid alapján jelzi előre a következő menstruációdat — a legutóbbiak számítanak a legtöbbet —, és tartományt mutat, például „valószínűleg okt. 3–5.”. A tartomány szűkül, ahogy több ciklust rögzítesz.
• The fertile window and ovulation are becslések: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.

Adatok törlése

• Minden a Rivulában: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Az app törlése also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple Health: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Mentésfájlok you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Régebbi iPhone-mentések keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• A mi oldalunkon there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Pro csomag: előfizetések, visszaállítás, lemondás

• Ingyenes, időkorlát nélkül: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• A Pro csomag ezeket adja hozzá: your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Visszaállítás új iPhone-on: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Lemondás: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Ingyenes próba: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Visszatérítések are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Nem jelenik meg a vásárlás? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

A privát asszisztens

• A Ma fülön a „Kérdezz a ciklusodról” az iPhone-odon fut az Apple Intelligence segítségével. Olyan iPhone kell hozzá, amely támogatja az Apple Intelligence-t (iPhone 15 Pro vagy újabb), iOS 26 vagy újabb rendszerrel, és bekapcsolt Apple Intelligence a Beállításokban.

Face ID-zár és diszkrét mód

• Én › Adatvédelem › Zárolás Face ID-val vagy kóddal: a Rivula megnyitásakor vagy visszatéréskor Face ID-t vagy a kódodat kéri.
• A diszkrét értesítések kihagyják az olyan szavakat, mint a „menstruáció” és az „ovuláció” az értesítésekből és a widgetekből.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Adatvédelmi tájékoztató.
