Copias de seguridad y cambio a un iPhone nuevo

• La copia de seguridad de tu iPhone ya incluye Onda. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Una copia extra, cuando quieras: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Restaurar un archivo de copia: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Onda with the backup.
• Desde Salud de Apple: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Onda no tiene cuenta ni sincronización en la nube, así que no podemos restaurar tus datos por ti. Exporta una copia de seguridad antes de borrar la app o de restablecer tu iPhone.

Salud de Apple

• Actívala: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Onda is also written to Health.
• Trae tu historial: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Onda stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• ¿No se ha importado nada? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Onda, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Onda can’t show it.
• Desactívala: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Onda › Delete All Data from “Onda”).
• Onda nunca envía los datos de Salud a ningún sitio y nunca los usa para publicidad.

¿Qué precisión tienen las predicciones?

• Onda predice tu próxima regla a partir de tus propios ciclos (los más recientes pesan más) y muestra un rango, como «probable 3–5 oct.». El rango se acota a medida que registras más ciclos.
• The fertile window and ovulation are estimaciones: Onda counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Incluso los ciclos regulares varían, y las estimaciones basadas en el calendario suelen fallar unos días en el día real de la ovulación. Los rangos son más amplios, y las estimaciones menos fiables, con ciclos irregulares, SOP, tras dejar los anticonceptivos hormonales, tras el parto, durante la lactancia y en la perimenopausia. Mientras uses anticonceptivos hormonales, Onda oculta las estimaciones de días fértiles.
• Nunca uses Onda para evitar un embarazo. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Onda señala los ciclos que conviene comentar con un médico, por ejemplo ciclos muy cortos o muy largos, reglas largas, sangrado entre reglas o ausencia de regla durante 90 días. Es una invitación a consultar, no un diagnóstico.
• Consejo: marca el primer día de cada regla (Hoy › Me ha venido la regla hoy, o Calendario › Editar días de regla). Las predicciones dependen sobre todo de ello.

Borrar tus datos

• Todo lo de Onda: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Borrar la app also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Salud de Apple: what Onda wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Onda › Delete All Data from “Onda”.
• Archivos de copia de seguridad you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Copias de seguridad antiguas del iPhone keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Por nuestra parte there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Onda Pro: suscripciones, restaurar, cancelar

• Gratis, sin límite de tiempo: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Onda Pro añade your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Restaurar en un iPhone nuevo: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Cancelar: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Onda › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Prueba gratuita: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Onda reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Reembolsos are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• ¿No aparece tu compra? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

El asistente privado

• «Pregunta sobre tu ciclo», en la pestaña Hoy, funciona en tu iPhone con Apple Intelligence. Necesita un iPhone compatible con Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro o posterior) con iOS 26 o posterior, y Apple Intelligence activada en Ajustes.
• Responde en los idiomas que admite el modelo integrado de Apple y, si no, en inglés. Tres preguntas son gratis; Onda Pro las hace ilimitadas.
• Todo lo demás en Onda funciona en cualquier iPhone con iOS 17 o posterior.

Bloqueo con Face ID y modo discreto

• Yo › Privacidad › Bloquear con Face ID o código pide Face ID o tu código al abrir Onda o al volver a ella.
• Las notificaciones discretas mantienen palabras como «regla» y «ovulación» fuera de las notificaciones y los widgets.
