Sikkerhedskopier og flytning til en ny iPhone

• Din iPhone-sikkerhedskopi indeholder allerede Rivula. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• En ekstra kopi, når som helst: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Gendan en sikkerhedskopifil: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Fra Apple Health: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula har ingen konto og ingen skysynkronisering, så vi kan ikke gendanne data for dig. Eksportér en sikkerhedskopi, før du sletter appen eller nulstiller din iPhone.

Apple Health

• Slå det til: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Hent din historik: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Blev intet importeret? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Slå det fra: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula sender aldrig Health-data nogen steder hen og bruger dem aldrig til reklamer.

Hvor præcise er forudsigelserne?

• Rivula forudsiger din næste menstruation ud fra dine egne cyklusser — de seneste tæller mest — og viser et interval, f.eks. “sandsynligvis 3.–5. okt.”. Intervallet bliver smallere, jo flere cyklusser du registrerer.
• The fertile window and ovulation are estimater: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Selv regelmæssige cyklusser varierer, og kalenderbaserede estimater rammer ofte flere dage ved siden af den faktiske ægløsningsdag. Intervallerne er bredere — og estimaterne mindre pålidelige — ved uregelmæssige cyklusser, PCOS, efter ophør med hormonel prævention, efter en fødsel, under amning og i overgangsalderen. Mens du bruger hormonel prævention, skjuler Rivula estimater for frugtbare dage.
• Brug aldrig Rivula til at forhindre graviditet. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.

Slet dine data

• Alt i Rivula: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Sletning af appen also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple Health: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Sikkerhedskopifiler you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Ældre iPhone-sikkerhedskopier keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Hos os there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: abonnementer, gendannelse, opsigelse

• Gratis, uden tidsbegrænsning: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro giver desuden your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Gendan på en ny iPhone: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Opsig: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Gratis prøveperiode: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Refusioner are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Vises købet ikke? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Den private assistent

• “Spørg om din cyklus” under fanen I dag kører på din iPhone med Apple Intelligence. Den kræver en iPhone, der understøtter Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro eller nyere) med iOS 26 eller nyere, og at Apple Intelligence er slået til i Indstillinger.
• Den svarer på de sprog, Apples model på enheden understøtter, og ellers på engelsk. Tre spørgsmål er gratis; med Rivula Pro bliver de ubegrænsede.
• Alt andet i Rivula virker på alle iPhones med iOS 17 eller nyere.

Face ID-lås og diskret tilstand

• Mig › Anonymitet › Lås med Face ID eller kode beder om Face ID eller din kode, når du åbner Rivula eller vender tilbage til den.
• Diskrete notifikationer holder ord som “menstruation” og “ægløsning” ude af notifikationer og widgets.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Privatlivspolitik.
