Back-ups en overstappen naar een nieuwe iPhone

• Je iPhone-back-up bevat Rivula al. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Een extra kopie, op elk moment: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Een back-upbestand herstellen: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Rivula with the backup.
• Vanuit Apple Gezondheid: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Rivula heeft geen account en geen cloudsynchronisatie, dus we kunnen geen gegevens voor je herstellen. Exporteer een back-up voordat je de app verwijdert of je iPhone reset.

Apple Gezondheid

• Zet het aan: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Rivula is also written to Health.
• Haal je geschiedenis binnen: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Rivula stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Niets geïmporteerd? iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Rivula can’t show it.
• Zet het uit: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”).
• Rivula stuurt nooit Gezondheidsgegevens ergens naartoe en gebruikt ze nooit voor reclame.

Hoe nauwkeurig zijn de voorspellingen?

• Rivula voorspelt je volgende menstruatie op basis van je eigen cycli — recente tellen het zwaarst — en toont een marge, zoals “waarschijnlijk 3–5 okt.”. De marge wordt kleiner naarmate je meer cycli bijhoudt.
• The fertile window and ovulation are schattingen: Rivula counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Zelfs regelmatige cycli variëren, en schattingen op basis van de kalender missen de werkelijke dag van de ovulatie vaak met enkele dagen. Marges zijn breder — en schattingen minder betrouwbaar — bij onregelmatige cycli, PCOS, na het stoppen met hormonale anticonceptie, na een bevalling, tijdens borstvoeding en in de overgang. Zolang je hormonale anticonceptie gebruikt, verbergt Rivula schattingen van vruchtbare dagen.
• Gebruik Rivula nooit om zwangerschap te voorkomen. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Rivula wijst je op cycli die het waard zijn om met een arts te bespreken — bijvoorbeeld heel korte of heel lange cycli, lange menstruaties, bloedverlies tussen menstruaties of 90 dagen geen menstruatie. Dat is een aanleiding om te vragen, geen diagnose.
• Tip: markeer de eerste dag van elke menstruatie (Vandaag › Menstruatie begonnen vandaag, of Agenda › Menstruatiedagen bewerken). Voorspellingen leunen hier het meest op.

Je gegevens verwijderen

• Alles in Rivula: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• De app verwijderen also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Apple Gezondheid: what Rivula wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Rivula › Delete All Data from “Rivula”.
• Back-upbestanden you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Oudere iPhone-back-ups keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Aan onze kant there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Rivula Pro: abonnementen, herstellen, opzeggen

• Gratis, zonder tijdslimiet: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Rivula Pro voegt toe your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Herstellen op een nieuwe iPhone: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Opzeggen: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Rivula › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Gratis proefperiode: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Rivula reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Terugbetalingen are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Aankoop wordt niet getoond? Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

De privéassistent

• “Stel een vraag over je cyclus” op het tabblad Vandaag draait op je iPhone met Apple Intelligence. Je hebt een iPhone nodig die Apple Intelligence ondersteunt (iPhone 15 Pro of nieuwer) met iOS 26 of nieuwer, en Apple Intelligence moet aanstaan in Instellingen.
• Hij antwoordt in de talen die het model van Apple op het toestel ondersteunt, en anders in het Engels. Drie vragen zijn gratis; met Rivula Pro zijn ze onbeperkt.
• Al het andere in Rivula werkt op elke iPhone met iOS 17 of nieuwer.

Face ID-vergrendeling en discrete modus

• Ik › Privacy › Vergrendelen met Face ID of toegangscode vraagt om Face ID of je toegangscode wanneer je Rivula opent of ernaar terugkeert.
• Discrete meldingen houden woorden als “menstruatie” en “ovulatie” uit meldingen en widgets.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Rivula’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Privacybeleid.
