Αντίγραφα ασφαλείας και μετάβαση σε νέο iPhone

• Το αντίγραφο ασφαλείας του iPhone σου περιλαμβάνει ήδη το Onda. When you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, or with Quick Start, your journal comes along. There is nothing to do in the app.
• Ένα επιπλέον αντίγραφο, όποτε θέλεις: Me › Your data › Export backup saves your whole journal as a file — keep it in Files, iCloud Drive or on your computer. The file is not password-protected, so store it somewhere private.
• Επαναφορά από αρχείο αντιγράφου: Me › Your data › Restore from backup, then pick the file. This replaces everything currently in Onda with the backup.
• Από την Υγεία της Apple: Me › Apple Health › Import history brings back periods, spotting, tests, cervical mucus, sexual activity and basal temperature — but not moods, notes or tags. For everything, use a backup file.
• Το Onda δεν έχει λογαριασμό ούτε συγχρονισμό στο cloud, γι’ αυτό δεν μπορούμε να επαναφέρουμε τα δεδομένα για λογαριασμό σου. Κάνε εξαγωγή αντιγράφου πριν διαγράψεις την εφαρμογή ή επαναφέρεις το iPhone σου.

Υγεία της Apple

• Ενεργοποίηση: Me › Apple Health › Sync with Apple Health, then allow the data types you want. From then on, what you log in Onda is also written to Health.
• Φέρε το ιστορικό σου: Me › Apple Health › Import history reads the last three years from Health — for example from Apple’s Cycle Tracking or another app. What you already logged in Onda stays as it is; Health only fills the gaps.
• Δεν εισήχθη τίποτα; iOS asks for permission only once. Open the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Onda, turn on the data types, then import again. iOS doesn’t tell apps which types you allowed, so Onda can’t show it.
• Απενεργοποίηση: switch off Sync with Apple Health. Data already in Health stays there; you can delete it in the Health app (your profile picture › Apps › Onda › Delete All Data from “Onda”).
• Το Onda δεν στέλνει ποτέ δεδομένα Υγείας πουθενά και δεν τα χρησιμοποιεί ποτέ για διαφημίσεις.

Πόσο ακριβείς είναι οι προβλέψεις;

• Το Onda προβλέπει την επόμενη περίοδό σου από τους δικούς σου κύκλους — οι πιο πρόσφατοι μετράνε περισσότερο — και δείχνει ένα εύρος, όπως «πιθανώς 3–5 Οκτ». Το εύρος στενεύει όσο καταγράφεις περισσότερους κύκλους.
• The fertile window and ovulation are εκτιμήσεις: Onda counts back from your predicted period (a 13-day luteal phase by default) and adjusts when positive LH tests or a rise in basal temperature (or in the Apple Watch wrist temperature, with Health sync on) show when you likely ovulated.
• Ακόμη και οι κανονικοί κύκλοι διαφέρουν και οι εκτιμήσεις που βασίζονται στο ημερολόγιο συχνά αστοχούν κατά λίγες μέρες ως προς την πραγματική ημέρα της ωορρηξίας. Τα εύρη είναι μεγαλύτερα — και οι εκτιμήσεις λιγότερο αξιόπιστες — σε ακανόνιστους κύκλους, σε PCOS, μετά τη διακοπή της ορμονικής αντισύλληψης, μετά τον τοκετό, κατά τον θηλασμό και στην περιεμμηνόπαυση. Όσο χρησιμοποιείς ορμονική αντισύλληψη, το Onda κρύβει τις εκτιμήσεις γόνιμων ημερών.
• Μη χρησιμοποιείς ποτέ το Onda για να αποφύγεις την εγκυμοσύνη. It is not contraception, and there are no “safe days”.
• Το Onda επισημαίνει κύκλους που αξίζει να αναφέρεις σε γιατρό — για παράδειγμα πολύ σύντομους ή πολύ μεγάλους κύκλους, μεγάλης διάρκειας περιόδους, αιμορραγία ανάμεσα στις περιόδους ή απουσία περιόδου για 90 ημέρες. Είναι μια υπόδειξη για να ρωτήσεις, όχι διάγνωση.
• Συμβουλή: σημείωνε την πρώτη ημέρα κάθε περιόδου (Σήμερα › Ξεκίνησε η περίοδος σήμερα ή Ημερολόγιο › Επεξεργασία ημερών περιόδου). Οι προβλέψεις βασίζονται κυρίως σε αυτήν.

Διαγραφή των δεδομένων σου

• Ό,τι υπάρχει στο Onda: Me › Your data › Delete all data erases every log, setting and prediction on this iPhone. It can’t be undone — export a backup first if you might want it back.
• Διαγραφή της εφαρμογής also removes its data from this iPhone.
• Υγεία της Apple: what Onda wrote to Health stays there. Delete it in the Health app › your profile picture › Apps › Onda › Delete All Data from “Onda”.
• Αρχεία αντιγράφων ασφαλείας you exported: delete them where you saved them.
• Παλαιότερα αντίγραφα ασφαλείας του iPhone keep a copy until they are replaced or deleted (iCloud backups are listed under Settings › your name › iCloud).
• Από την πλευρά μας there is nothing to delete — no account, no server. If you e-mailed us, ask and we will delete the conversation.

Onda Pro: συνδρομές, επαναφορά, ακύρωση

• Δωρεάν, χωρίς χρονικό όριο: logging, predictions, the calendar and cycle history, all goal modes, reminders, widgets, Siri, Apple Health, backups and partner sharing.
• Το Onda Pro προσθέτει your patterns, temperature and LH charts, the doctor PDF report and unlimited assistant questions. Plans: yearly (with a 7-day free trial where offered), monthly, or lifetime (pay once). Prices in your currency are on the Pro screen.
• Επαναφορά σε νέο iPhone: Me › About › Restore purchases, or Restore on the Pro screen, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family members can use Pro through Family Sharing.
• Ακύρωση: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Onda › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
• Δωρεάν δοκιμή: cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Onda reminds you two days before the trial ends, if notifications are allowed.
• Επιστροφές χρημάτων are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Δεν εμφανίζεται η αγορά; Check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases. With Ask to Buy, Pro appears once the purchase is approved.

Ο ιδιωτικός βοηθός

• Το «Ρώτα για τον κύκλο σου» στην καρτέλα Σήμερα λειτουργεί στο iPhone σου με το Apple Intelligence. Χρειάζεται iPhone που υποστηρίζει το Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro ή νεότερο) με iOS 26 ή νεότερο και ενεργοποιημένο το Apple Intelligence στις Ρυθμίσεις.
• Απαντά στις γλώσσες που υποστηρίζει το μοντέλο της Apple στη συσκευή και αλλιώς στα αγγλικά. Τρεις ερωτήσεις είναι δωρεάν· το Onda Pro τις κάνει απεριόριστες.
• Όλα τα υπόλοιπα στο Onda λειτουργούν σε κάθε iPhone με iOS 17 ή νεότερο.

Κλείδωμα με Face ID και διακριτική λειτουργία

• Το Εγώ › Απόρρητο › Κλείδωμα με Face ID ή κωδικό ζητά Face ID ή τον κωδικό σου όταν ανοίγεις το Onda ή επιστρέφεις σε αυτό.
• Οι διακριτικές ειδοποιήσεις κρατούν λέξεις όπως «περίοδος» και «ωορρηξία» εκτός ειδοποιήσεων και widgets.
• “Where your data lives”, in the same section, sums up Onda’s privacy on one screen. The details are in our Πολιτική απορρήτου.
